Donation Requests

Daffodil Bowl is willing to help make your event a success. If you organization is looking for a donation for your event, Please see the below information to submit the request in the right manner.

Items that need to be within your Donation Request:

• Letter of request on Company letter
• Description of Event
• Date and time of Event
• Name and phone # of contact person
• Address donation is to be sent to/person to pick up
• Non-Profit tax ID#

Ways to Submit Your request:

• Request can be dropped of at the center
• Emailed to Corinne@daffodilbowl.com
• Faxed to 253-693-4464 with Attention: Corinne
